A few weeks ago we have made special arrangements to ensure the safety of our staff and partners in the event of a case of COVID-19 coronavirus.
At the moment, all our production is operating normally due to the arrangements has been made. We have limited all the external contacts to our factory, except necessary contacts directly involved in production or logistics. We currently do not allow customers visit our office or factory.
Our administration works at our headquarters in Salo. Our sales managers in different business areas work in our office or remotely. The people working in our office follow the special arrangements we have agreed upon.
In all business areas we can take care of ongoing issues and projects, and respond to new inquiries normally without delay. Our entire sales forces are ready to use the Teams app for video conferencing. Other remote conferencing applications are also possible. Despite the exceptional circumstances, we strive to maintain the highest possible standard of our service.
Our furniture showroom in Helsinki is currently closed, but if it’s necessary it is still possible to arrange a visit to the showroom with special arrangements. If you have any questions, contact our sales representatives.
We monitor the situation on a daily basis and will notify you if any changes occur in our operations.
